Best Practical C programming book even for experienced engineers

I have more than 30 years of programming experience and so far this is the best C programming book, from earlier versions to 7th edition, I have ever read and very useful for fresh graduates as well as experienced engineers to brush up on fundamentals including better programming practices. I haven't read the 8th edition since it is very expensive, wish the price is lowered to allow many folks to read this book, and expect the next version to be updated to reflect latest computer technologies that are referenced here and there in the book.

Good fundamental concepts for c programing. This book is not good for self study. Some parts you will need some explanations from your teacher or some other sources. If you are looking only how to code with easy concepts, this book is not the best bet. If you want a good fundamental skills for c, this book is perfect.

Usually I don't trust those thick books. They are usually expensive, thick, over-designed, verbose and unclear. This book falls perfectly into each one of those categories and therefore is no exception. For future customer: if it is not required by the course to buy it, save your money and look somewhere else. There are plenty of books and even apps that are far better than this.
